The SHE Collective didn’t start as a business plan.
It started during one of the hardest chapters of my life.
I was single parenting twins when one of my boys, Alfie, was diagnosed with a life-limiting condition called SMA.
I was anxious, exhausted and living in survival mode.
Movement felt impossible.
I barely recognised myself anymore.
And yet it was small steps, not extreme plans, that slowly rebuilt my strength and energy.
I built The SHE Collective because I never want another woman to feel as lost as I did.
Inside we combine movement, mindset, nutrition and nervous system support in ways that work with your hormones and your life.
