I didnât grow up in fitness.
For most of my twenties, I was stuck in a loop of fad diets and all or nothing plans that always ended the same way; exhausted, defeated, and convinced that wellbeing just wasnât for women like me.
In 2016, everything changed. My son Alfie was diagnosed with a rare, life limiting neurological condition. I went into survival mode, overwhelmed by grief, guilt and fear and numbing myself with habits that made everything worse.
One Day, I Walked Into A Bootcamp Class. I Hated Every Second, But I Kept Going And Something Shifted.
Movement became my medicine. Not punishment for how I looked but a way to feel stronger, clearer, and more in control. It sparked something deeper, a drive to help other women experience the same shift.
So I Trained As A PT. I Studied Mindset Coaching. And In 2020, I Launched The SHE Collective.
A membership built for real women, living real lives, who are ready to stop shrinking and start showing up for themselves.
